I am glad to know your name.  You and your church will also be added to our prayer list.  You are absolutely right about the Koreans.  In this area a Korean church means a social club where people get together and eat.  The sad part is that there is no true gospel being preached.  My daughter-n-law takes every opportunity to get me to speak to her family and her and my son witness to them but the Koreans don’t seem to hear.  They will agree with what you say but they don’t make any good decisions in the right direction.  They seem to have more drive than many Americans in that they push themselves and their children to get a good education so they can make money.  We have EE degrees and doctors in the family as well as successful restaurant owners.  They seem to be stuck in the getting things mode and providing a rich future for the children.  The thought of dying and answering to God is far from their mind.  My daughter-n- laws dad died of cancer about 8 years ago.  He got saved a few weeks before he died.  He was a successful restaurant business man who had made a lot of money without ever learning English.  Her mother says she is saved but she doesn’t seem to really understand that salvation is not water baptism.  She too has lived here without ever learning English.
