Prosperity Gospel is nothing
but the religious crook's another gospel warned by Paul.
"I marvel
that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the
grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another ;
but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the
gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven,
preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have
preached unto you, let him accursed. As we said before, so say
I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you that
that ye have received, let him be accursed." (Gal.
1:6-9)
They claim if you would believe Jesus, you
must be rich and healthy. This is a greatest lie, because Paul
and his coworker in the Lord has not been rich like these
religious crooks. They want to deceive those who want to get
rich and healthy and to make a mega church. Gospel that Lord
want us to preach is as follow:
"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I
preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye
stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I
preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I
delivered unto you first of all that which I also received,
how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day
according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of
Cephas, then of the twelve:" (1 Cor. 15:1-5)
In contrast, God want us to be content if we
have food and raiment.
"Perverse
disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the
truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw
thyself. But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we
brought nothing into this world, and it is
certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment
let us be therewith content. But they that will be rich fall
into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful
lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the
love of money is the root of all evil: which while some
coveted after, they have erred from faith, and pierced
themselves through with many sorrows. But thou, O men of God,
flee these things: and follow after righteousness, godliness,
faith, love, patience, meekness. Fight the good fight of
faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also
called, and hast professed a good profession before many
witnesses." (1 Tim. 6:5-12)
So don't get deceived
by those TBN preachers who want your money, not your soul.
